I'm a 17 year old girl looking for answers. Does anyone know about the police records, parents who are adopting a child, get to see for two hours and they are allowed to write everything they can down but they are not allowed to photocopy it, it is then sealed and no one has access to it. But what i'm wondering is if there it a way for me, the child who those records are about, to get ahold of them? #2
